Raf Van Den Plas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Karel de Grote University and was a Project Engineer in electric power production and distribution before leaving the industry to develop small-medium enterprises (SMEs) in the IT consultancy and service industry. He now works with a company that specialises in event management software. Raf, who was born and raised in Antwerp in a loving and socially-engaged family, is married with four children and two granddaughters. He is a life-long student of psychology and behavioural sciences, having also worked in life and business coaching.
